Original Graphite drawing on paper by Pamela S Watson. This drawing was completed during the 2020 pandemic. The artist found comfort in the slow pace of graphite drawing while the rest of the world seemed full of chaos. While life might give us bullies we can choose to be quietly strong.

    Taking the bull by the horns. This graphite drawing was 4 years in the making. It survived multiple moves and less than favourable conditions to become one of my favorite pieces of art to date. Finishing him in middle of being in quarantine seemed fitting. This bull was photographed by me at the 2009 Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo event.
